La Barra

Fishermen´s former village, located a few kilometers from Punta del Este, “La Barra de Maldonado” has turned into one of the favourite places, characterized by its own style, its marine landscape with beautiful beaches, the architectural colour of the houses, the permanent movement that the galleries of art, the shops of antiquities restaurants, and pubs of different styles give to it.
