Rafael Inchausti Chao

Lawyer and Bachelor in Social Sciences, graduate of the Law School of the University of Uruguay, having specialized in the field of business.

Education

He has participated in many seminars of Corporate Laws and Enterprises Management (Corporate Restructuring and Reengineering, Family Companies, Strategic Management and Organization, Accounting and Finances, Marketing, Negotiation, Leadership) courses given by the Open University department of Berkeley Business School of California University, IBM Uruguay, Christian Association of Company Managers, and the Catholic University Dámaso Antonio Larrañaga.

Likewise, he has taken the Master Programme in Corporate Laws by the University of Montevideo.

Professional Experience

He is Director and Counselor of many companies of telecommunication and broadcasting areas, such as Channel 10 of Montevideo, Channel 7 of Maldonado, Colour Television Network, and companies of pay-television of the capital city and outskirts.

Since 2003, he has been part of the Directors Board of the National Association of Uruguayan Broadcasters (A.N.D.E.B.U), the most representative trade union of radio broadcasting enterprises in the country.
