Available for citizens of countries with which U.S. has a commercial agreement and providing that 50 % of the commercial volume of the company is generated by its trade from or towards the U.S., being able to have an indefinite duration.

VISA FOR INVESTING FOREIGNERS (E-2)

It also requires the existence of a Commercial Agreement with the country of origin. And the investment, of reasonable amount, can be in a new business or one already existing. Visa will be in force while the business is under the control of the investor.

PERMANENT RESIDENCE FOR BIG INVESTORS

Available for investors of any country, with a general investment beyond 1 million dollars required, though in Florida only 50 % of that sum is required.
A minimum of 10 positions of work will have to be created and the investor will have to prove the property of the capital, being able to invest in a business which already exists.
